FAQ'S

I do understand that sometimes a particular loved ones items have a certain smell that reminds you of them but we do require the clothing to be clean and smoke free. If I do receive items that smells of smoke or are dirty I will send them back or have them laundered which will be an extra charge to your order.

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds on keepsakes due to them being made to order and unique to you. If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If your keepsake has not been started yet, I can offer you a refund minus the postage costs to return your items. I am unable to offer a refund once the first cut has been made to your outfits or if your keepsake has been completed.

Please note that keepsakes are NOT toys, they are primarily used for display, holding, comforting and sharing. They often have small parts not suitable for children or for playing with. They are often made with well worn items, so they can be very delicate.

Keepsakes made from clothing cannot go through the strict safety testing required for toys.
